About

Her experience spans professional football, higher education and independent sport projects. At Northeastern University London, she works across student engagement, co-curricular programming and experiential learning, while developing opportunities for students to connect with sport and London's wider sporting landscape.

Tosin previously founded Sport Shifts, an independent project exploring sport, identity, representation and community. Through events, research and collaborative initiatives, she created opportunities to discuss inclusion and celebrate underrepresented voices across the sporting industry.

Her event experience includes leading delivery of the Football Black List celebration in 2019, welcoming more than 200 attendees, and producing The Commercial Game, a student-led panel exploring sponsorship, marketing and partnerships in sport through Birkbeck Sport Business Centre. She has also worked in matchday operations and family engagement at West Ham United.

Alongside her professional work, Tosin writes about the cultural and social dimensions of sport, including women's football, fandom, identity and representation. Her contributions include work for Her Football Hub, SEASON zine and Thiiird Magazine, as well as her personal Substack. She has also contributed to conversations across podcasts, radio and broadcast media.

Across her work, Tosin is interested in how sport creates connection, whose stories are told, and how organisations and communities can shape more meaningful sporting experiences.
